Critical Info.......
All teams will be assigned a specific location on the field for the team parade line-up order. You will need to know your team #. Every team has an individual team number, this information is available on your Team schedule-click here.  

The team # will be on a cone on the field and there will be a large poster “grid” posted on the fence which indicates where on the field each team # is located.  Volunteers will have copies of the grid so they can help direct parents - BUT YOU NEED TO KNOW  YOUR TEAM NUMBER and your Coach's last name and your player's division. There will be thousands of people there in the morning for the Ceremony so please be sure you are prepared with all the necessary information to locate your Team & come very early to find parking. Please read this entire posting including the important restrictions on South Pasadena High School's Stadium Field (bottom).

PARADE
·Ceremony begins at 8 a.m.SHARP … so please allow plenty of time to find parking & to check in with your team.

·
Teams will line up in the field in uniform and with team banner. Players should wear tennis shoes
instead of their soccer cleats for marching on the track. Please line up behind your assigned number.

·Team line up will be by division (from youngest players to oldest). Except that teams with early game start times will line up first. Look for assigned number.

·Teams will parade with team banner in front of grandstands and will be introduced with team name.

·Teams will return to their original assigned location in the field.

·Teams will stay together until the end of the ceremonies and will need to remain together until parents pick up their children (assigned numbers and team locations will be posted HERE for parents).

RESTRICTIONS ON SOUTH PASADENA HIGH SCHOOL STADIUM FIELD!!!!!

·Players should not wear their soccer cleats. Tennis shoes or other flat-soled shoes should be worn. This applies to all.

·No food, drink or folding chairs are allowed on the track or the field. Only clear water is permitted; No coffee- Thank You!

There will be thousands of people in attendance on saturday morning and if you plan on stepping onto the field/track to deliver your player to his/her coach you must adhere to the restrictions of our host.

Every effort has been made to schedule your photo time conveniently with your game time.

CHECK IN
· Coach, Team, and Banner should arrive 15 minutes before scheduled appointment. Early arrival will give the team time to get organized, as Picture Day is on a very tight schedule.

· Team photos are scheduled every five minutes and will NOT be delayed for individual players. All individual players will receive a team picture whether or not they appear in the team photo.

· Coaches may ask the Assistant Coach & Team Ref to appear in the team picture.

- Game Balls generously donated by Goals Soccer Centers will be available to Coaches when you check-in!!!

PHOTO PACKET
· The charge for the basic photo package was included as part of the registration fee. Each player will receive one basic package at no charge.

· Included in the envelope will be order forms for additional novelty items available for purchase. Additional basic packages and novelty items prices are shown on the order forms.

· All of the paper work should be completed BEFORE Picture Day and brought with the team during its scheduled appointment!!!

REGION 214 CHARITY SOCCER EQUIPMENT DRIVE
Region 214 will once again be collecting any & all soccer gear for charity. The gear can be new or used.  If you're not sure, bring it!
•BALLS, PUMPS, CONES, GOALS, CLEATS &SHINGUARDS ACCEPTED!
•Please tie cleats together by their laces
•Please put a rubber band around shinguards so that they stay in pairs too.
