Every year in December, AYSO Reegion 214 holds its annual General Business Meeting to elect new executive board members whose 2-year term is expired.  The meeting(s) are ALWAYS open to the general public, but voting may ONLY occur by coaches and refs who have voolunteered their time in the regular season. 

In addition to the nominations already confirmed for the Excutive Board positions, ballots are open to public nomination by either:  1) contacting the Commissioner in advance of the meeting, or 2) by appearing in person and submitting a nominee for consideration. 

Executive Board nominees for a 2-year term beginning March, 2008 - February, 2010 are as follows:

Commissioner =  Robert MacTavish
Asst Commissioner =  Duff Murphy
Registrar = Kate Gibson (1-year add-on term)
Chief Coach Administrator = Reynold Chang
Chief Referee Administrator = Fred Morales
Secretary = N/A - current term still active
Treasurer = N/A - current term still active

Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 11 December (7:00pm - 7:30pm) at the new Garfield Park Youth House (in Garfield Park at the FAR NORTH end next to the Tennis Courts).  

Immediately following the Annual Business meeting, the Region 214 December Board meeting will occur from 7:30pm - 9:00pm.
