AYSO Region 214 Rules of Play

AYSO Region 214 Coach Guidelines and Rules of Play

The AYSO Region 214 Rules of Play specifies the region specific adaptations of AYSO policies for competitive play.

For ages U5 through U12, the Guidelines show how the game is modified for short-sided games:

In the fall of 2017 we will be introducing several new rules in U6 through U12 divisions.   The changes can be found here

Championship Rules of Play

The AYSO Region 214 Rules of Play apply to Championship Games. However, there must be a winner for each game. In the event of a tie, the following AYSO Region 214 Championship Rules will apply.

Temporary Coach Authorization Form

If a Coach can not make a game, they must complete the Temporary Coach Authorization Form below. The form gives the authority to another trained volunteer (who must be registered as a current year volunteer and must have taken AYSO's Safe Haven) to act as the coach in the game. The form must be signed by your Division Coach and the Coach Administrator and be presented at the game in question.

For U14 Coaches, the coach taking over must also be an Intermediate Coach.
