FAQS

FAQs

Q:When will the season start?
A: Our Fall core season will begin at the end of August/early September. Teams will be formed mid-late August and coaches should begin contacting players towards the end of August.

Q: When are games?
A: Games will be held on Saturdays and Sundays. Most games for younger divisions will finish in the mornings (U4-U6) and the older divisions will occur throughout the day.

Q: When are practices?

A: Practices are held weekdays and are determined by your team's coach.

Q: What happens if I can't attend my team's practice?

A: If you cannot attend your team's practice day/time, you can either attend another team's practice, reschedule the non-soccer activity, skip practice, volunteer to coach! You CANNOT request a team change based upon practice day conflicts.

Q: Can my child be placed on a team with another child?
A: If you and another family would like to be placed on the same team, we encourage you to volunteer as a pair to coach and referee. We would be happy to accommodate these requests if we're able, but there is no guarantee.

Q: I'm on the waitlist - how can I guarantee a spot?
A:The only way to guarantee a spot off of the wait
list is to volunteer to coach in a competitive division. In either case, you will be notified via email if you've been granted a spot off of
the wait list.

Q: Can I request a refund?
A: Yes. Send an email to [email protected]. Your $20 AYSO National fee will NOT be refunded nor the $2.75 service charge.

Q: Can I apply for a scholarship or financial aid for this fall?
A: Yes. Complete this form and you will be notified later in June before the Early Bird discount expires.

Q: Is my child in the right division?
A: Yes. The system automatically establishes what division your child is in and it is correct. Below is a matrix with this year's divisions by birth year highlighted in yellow.

Q: Can my child play in another division?
A: Unfortunately, children are not allowed to play in other divisions due to safety rules and guidelines. There are exceptions for more competitive programs and divisions where children can play up in an older division, but never down.
