Quick Rundown on Field Setup and Takedown


If you have the first game of the day, we need your will be setting up the field.  If you have the last game of the day, we need your help taking down the equipment and storing it. 

Here is the information by fields

Arroyo Vista Elementary (U8) – Goals are stored in black goal bags. Bags are stored behind the container on the south side of the playing field.  Last game of the days takes goals down, places them in black bags and places bags behind container.

Arroyo North (U10) - Goals are stored in large gray container located in the parking lot (white nets).  First game of the day, goals and flags will usually be dropped on the fields. Help assemble goals, anchor goals and set flags.  Last game of the day takes goals down, places nets in bag, flags in bag, stakes in bag. Goals and all bags are carried to container.

Arroyo South (U12) - Goals are stored in large gray container located in the parking lot (red nets).  First game of the day, goals and flags will usually be dropped on the fields. Help assemble goals, anchor goals and set flags.  Last game of the day takes goals down, places nets in bag, flags in bag, stakes in bag. Goals and all bags are carried to container.

Arroyo South (U14-U19) - Goals are stored on the field (blue nets). Flags and stakes will usually be dropped on the field if not they can be located in the container.  Help move goals, anchor goals and set flags.  Last game of the day moves goals to the fence, places nets in bag, flags in bag, stakes in bag. All bags are carried to container.

Carver Elementary (U4 and U5)  – Goals are stored in black goal bags. Equipment is stored in the gray plastic storage lockers on the north east corner of the playground.  There is usually a field monitor who will help provide guidance.  .  Last game of the days takes goals down, places them in black bags and places bags in plastic container.

Huntington Middle School (U6) - Goals are stored in black goal bags. Equipment is stored in the large blue metal box on the southside of the playing field (Near the containers.  First game of the day, get goals out, setup goals and unlock the porta-potty.  Last game of the day takes goals down, places them in black bags and places bags in blue metal box.  Lock bathrooms.

Orange Grove (U8) – Goals are stored in black goal bags. Bags are stored in the storage area by the play structure (roll up door). First game of the day gets goals out.  .  Last game of the days takes goals down, places them in black bags and places bags in storage (roll up door by playground).

San Marino High School (U7) – Goals are stored in black goal bags. Goals are stored in the large blue box on the north east corner of the playing field. First game of the day, get goals and setup on field.  Last game of the days takes goals down, places them in black bags and places bags in blue box.

South Pasadena Middle School (U8) – Goals are stored in black goal bags. Bags are stored in the container on the north west corner of the upper field near the gym. First game of the day, get goals and setup on field.  Last game of the days takes goals down, places them in black bags and places bags in container.  Bathroom key is in the container.  First game of the day, gets key and unlock porta-potties.  Last game of the day gets key and lock porta-potties.

South Pasadena Middle School (U12 and U14) - Goals are stored on the asphalt by the containers. Flags and stakes will usually be dropped on the field if not they can be located in the container.  Help move goals, sandbag goals and set flags.  Last game of the day moves goals to the fence near container, places nets in bag, flags in bag, stakes in bag. All bags are carried to container.

South Pasadena High School (U14-U19) – Goals are on the field.  Flags are stored in plastic locker on south end of the west grandstands.  First game of the day, move goals onto field and setup flags.  If restrooms locked locate custodian.  Last game of the day, collect flags and put them back in storage locker.

If items are locked, check with your coach they all the combinations to the locks or lock boxes
